Please note we offer a standard postage service but we do not despatch daily unless an urgent request is received, so your order can take 7-14 days  to be delivered in the UK. as some orders are shipped direct from our repositories outside London

If your order is urgent or date critical please mention this when ordering.,as it can be posted by first class recorded delivery within 48 hours but this incurs an additional postage charge of £1,20 per item for which we issue an additional invoice. The order is posted immediately upon receipt of the additional postage charge

2. Items carrying postage charges.  (Most Second-User or Used Titles) 

Customers  can buy most of these items immediately by clicking on the buy-it- now button under the selected item and completing the form. The correct postage for the United Kingdom is automatically added to your order unless otherwise stated on the item. On  items for delivery outside the UK there will normally be an additional postage charge. We will email you with the additional charge and available types of services and we will the send you a invoice which you can then pay using any of the above mentioned cards.

PLEASE NOTE: 1. WE DO NOT SHIP BOOKS TO ANY COUNTRIES INVOLVED IN THE WHALING INDUSTRY

2. PayPal does not operate in some countries, e g. Cyprus, Kuwait so please contact us if you have difficulty using PayPal in your area as we can offer alternative means of payment.  Non-paypal payments are quoted in UK £ and all bank and exchange fees are payable by the purchaser.

Customers  may also pay by cheque drawn on a UK bank in £ Sterling and posted with your invoice to the address below. Cheques take about seven days longer.

By Euro, Dollar or Sterling Currency posted by registered or recorded mail or by Postal Orders issued in £ Sterling

3. Items listed as being in stock at our US Agents  Please request details of charges including postage by email. Non-U.S. Delivery will take from seven days to six weeks depending on the delivery route selected from a range of options we will supply.

On items with no "Add to Basket," or "Pay Now"  buttons  or if you are buying outside the United Kingdom, you may need to email us your requirements on the order form and we will then send you a invoice which you can  pay using any of the above mentioned cards.

Within the UK

Standard service uses 2nd Class Recorded delivery. All other post office services are available at additional cost. Some rarer titles and publications include insured or recorded delivery service where stated. SOME TITLES MAY TAKE SEVERAL DAYS OR WEEKS TO ARRIVE as not all of our titles are in stock in the UK. If timing is a problem please contact us prior to ordering.

Overseas

Most destinations OUTSIDE the E.U.have a choice of Surface mail (slow but cheap) or  Air mail (4-7 days most areas)
